How our law firm appointment to act on your behalf become official?​

It’s easy. You e mail us your details and proposed instruction. We will reply to your e mail and will then continue to exchange e mails that might include a meeting at your/our office if neccesary. If we are unable to accept your propose appointment , we will let you know via e mail. And if we do accept your proposal to appoint us, we will then be exchanging e mails on all the relevant details including scope of works, legal fees and disbursements. Once agreed by both parties, we will e mail a draft appointment letter for you to go through and comments. Once both parties have finalize the terms of the appointment, we will then print out fair copies of appointment letter to be signed by both parties and a copy is given for you to keep. The works will start as per the terms of the appointment with the initial agreed payments received and confirmed cleared by the bank to us and thereafter if we do allow several installments to be made , it is your entire responsibility to ensure no delays in paying us to enable us to continue delivering reasonably speedy accurate legal services to you. Termination clauses by both parties are available as per the appointment letter and all works duly completed pending termination is thereby becomes immediately due and payable to us.
If there is , in normal case, a smooth sailing of your legal matters then the termination of the services will be upon the sucessful completion of all terms and conditions as stated in the appointment letter to act on your behalf. We are here to serve you, InshaaAllah.
